Our home was finally completed, so we moved in on June 7th, 1998. This page will be dedicated to keeping updates on our home until we complete the yard work. Since there were so many pictures available here (which took lots of time to load) and more to be added for the yard, I have separated this page out in from the pictures. This page will be dedicated to our experience with the
purchase of the house and any warranty work / quality issues we ran into with
the builder (Christopherson). For a quick summary, I would say that we are a bit
disappointed with the quality of some of the aspects of the home. We realize
that we might be more demanding than the average person, however considering the
investment we made, we feel some issues still require correction to bring the
home up to the quality we were expecting, both as per the reputation of the
builder and the quality presented in their models. In all fairness, we should
give them the warranty period to correct these issues. Since we are still
waiting for them to complete some minor and major items, we will hold off
posting them until they have had a chance to complete them during the first year
that they provide warranty. We expect to have the information ready May 1999
time-frame as they are planning to come through our house the week of April 19th

This section will be dedicated to the yard work we are having done and the quality and results we are getting from the contractor (Lane's landscaping). Again, we are in the process of getting this done right now, so we will post the issues when this work is done. We expect this will be March 1999 time-frame.
